FUNDRAISING: Playing the Money Game

This episode talks about one of the most difficult aspects of running a political campaign … raising money. So to help get you started, we’re hosting a special guest to answer a few questions about fundraising. And, there’s no one better to talk about it than Mo Brown, a County Legislator from Onondaga County who is an expert. He has the record for raising the most money in a County Legislature race than anyone, ever. Mo has experience working on campaigns for Congress, state legislature, and local County races. He also teaches how to run for office in conjunction with a great progressive organization called UPSTATE PROGRESSIVE PAC, which focuses on training and candidate support in central New York and, we are lucky to have him as our guest.
