Managing Campaigns to Win

Our guest for this episode is Josh Ludden from Onondaga County. He’s the Central New York Labor Council’s Field Coordinator and is elected member of his local school board.

Josh knows a thing or two (or three) about being a campaign manager.

When looking for a campaign manager, Josh says a candidate needs to find someone who's energetic and dedicated. A person who's passionate about your candidacy and, says Ludden, "… will do the work and be in it for the right reasons."

Josh has a wide variety of experience as a campaign manager and has worked on a range of campaigns from Countywide offices County legislature elections, State Assembly campaigns, and Congressional Primaries.

He’s won some and lost some, and there is no one better equipped to discuss what makes a good campaign manager and his own experiences.
